The Anxious Exercise Club

The Anxious Exercise Club helps those living with anxiety to access exercise and fitness activities in a comfortable and safe way. Using a directory of groups, deliverers and instructors, this programme directs participants to a range of activities to support their physical health where their mental health and anxiety levels will be supported. 

We will be working with instructors and deliverers from early 2024 to offer training and support. Register below to be one of the first to work on this programme.
